Board update

I have just finished updating the forum software.

This involved uploading new and overwriting old files of which there was a total of 3809. Then a database update.

So far as I can see it all went well.

Please let me know of any problems.

Some time ago I bought a Lesu heavy haul tower from someone at the club (STU). Well thats re-appeared. I fitted it on and its the wrong way round for the build truck. So that was stripped and turned round. It was a bit fiddly and the beacon towers and spots have had to go and I will replace them lat...

The cab is supplied with LHD dash and I want RHD. I looked at chopping and its not possible so I made a new one out of plasticard. Now that took a while ;) . Yep, Barrie uses rubber pellets that he got from John. You can also use the plastic pellets used for injection moulding.

There are a few stock parts stu, like the springs and chassis spacers. Axles are metal that I had here from when I was thinking about an 8*8. I am.working on a rh dash for it at present.
