Huina excavator

Post by the asylum wanderer » Fri Aug 30, 2019 1:55 pm

Yes i did , i bought one , the all metal one , and i am well pleased with it . Maybe not the digging power of a hydraulic model , but good enough to " play " with . also not the problems that hydraulic can give on occasions , and defiantly a lot cheaper,
My question is , what medium do people use to dig with , rubber , plastic , sand , or small gravel .

I have cats at home and I always thought that cat litter (fullers earth) would make a very realistic aggregate for models?

I think Barrie / Jack use rubber pellets...

Yep, Barrie uses rubber pellets that he got from John. You can also use the plastic pellets used for injection moulding.
